The Business of Business Journalism
.

If you want to know the basics of business journalism, this website is a good place to start.

You can learn about the recent evolution of business journalism. You can check out examples of investigative business journalism. You can get some basics on journalism in different business sectors.

This website also offers helpful hints to journalists who want to cover functional aspects of business – accounting practices, etc. I like the “web resources” section to check out different organizations.

The other attraction that makes this website worthwhile is its connection to the American Press Institute, which www.businessjournalism.org falls under. Check out the “journalist’s toolbox” or “cyberjournalist.net”.

If your work crosses into journalism somehow, some way, this is a recommended website.
