It's only natural, when the fur is flying, to want to hide. Good preparation, and some training in how to deflect hostility and defuse fear, will help you overcome the desire to seek refuge under your desk.

Role-playing and simulation training will give you a road test of what it's like to have someone in your face, and how to deal with it rationally.

The main reason for fear and anxiety during a crisis is lack of information, and lack of perceived control.

We Can Help You:
  • Understand the techniques that still those impulses will help you get through many tough conversations.
  • With on-camera one-on-one training so you can see and understand how your face and body respond to emotional stress, and how that affects the other person.
  • Practice keeping your head when all about you are losing theirs.
