The worst time to plan your response to a crisis situation, is while the barn is burning. Some front-end enrichment of your response plans, and some strategies for maintaining the flow of good information during a crisis, will go a long way to preserving your reputation and your ability to stay in business.

We Can Help You:
  • Create response plans and communications structures
  • Decide on your crisis team and assign tasks so everyone knows who will be responsible for what.
  • Choose and train one or two spokespeople who can spell each other off for round the clock availability.
  • Draw up a list of your information targets and the means by which they will be informed.
  • Decide how you will communicate with staff - email, fax, phone calls, meetings, etc.
  • Practice the plan through role playing, simulation, and training.
